So I've talked with Charlie and it seems that you owe me royalty checks for over 35 kits sold since Charlie's contract expired, that's not counting the kits sold before........
Choice of parts or cash as payment........ law suit ? You chose.
Cheers
Frank

Frank,
Please be advised that I will not be sending any more payments in either cash or parts. As you know, you have made repeated disparaging and untrue statements on the internet concerning me and my company over the past year. As you also know, we have no contractual relationship creating a legal obligation on my part to make any payments. In view of your continuous inappropriate and disparaging remarks and generally insulting behavior, I no longer wish to have any business relationship of any kind with you, and will not be making any voluntary payments in the future.
As for your threats concerning the court of public opinion, I would advise you to refrain from making any further disparaging remarks concerning me or my company. I have thus far chosen not to take legal action with respect to your statements, but if such statements continue or escalate I will have no choice. In addition, should you choose to resolve this matter by means of a lawsuit, you will learn from your attorney that you have no claims against me due to the lack of any contractual obligation on my part to make payments, and I will have no choice but to file a counterclaim for defamation. As you will also discover from your attorney, impugning a person’s business or professional reputation constitutes libel per se.
I trust that this will put the matter to rest and that I will not see any further disparaging statements from you on message boards or elsewhere.
Best regards,
Shinoo Mapleton
