1) I was the first to get the info out about all the problems with the Hass turbo
2) I never said anything about not needing a rear brace, Hass did
3) I have never said anything about EFI tunes, I had no experience with them
4) I do not know, nor have I bought anything from FF
5) I never said anything about Pez having a great tune
6) I allways questioned the placement of the alternator and the tune of the BWR kit
7) I don't know anything about Power SC
8 ) As for Stan, I know both sides and what actually happened, you have only heard part of one side and rushed to judgement.

As for Shinoo, I have called him out about his actions in the past, and was labeled a troublemaker because of it. I was there and offered to help Neil out when his world seemed to be falling apart as I have done for others. I believe my actions stand out and show my integrity. Also in the end, everything I have said has indeed come out to be correct despite the fact that no one wanted to believe what I was saying initially.

After reading the posts containing the correspondence it is obvious to me that there was binding contract . Also in my opinion there was breach of contract , royalty payments were not made ,pure and simple. Anything else brought up has nothing to with the case, least of all an excuse for breach of contract. The entity should make a good faith effort to pay what is owed. If times are tough and sales are down, payment arrangements can be made.
I am sure if the payments start to roll back in ,everyone would benefit .
It really is too bad, Frank has helped that company tremendously ,and I'm sure he would have continued to If he was not wronged in this way.
